All claims for damaged or missing goods must be filed with the carrier concerned - do not open the parcel - advise Patch House NZ immediately if you suspect that the goods are damaged

Out-of-stock lines are automatically placed on back order for later delivery. Or, if you prefer, we'll refund pre-paid orders
We have a national distribution centre in Auckland. all items are despatched within 24 hours of ordering.
